Rwanda violates ceasefire brokered by Trump, days after Thailand & Cambodia did the same

Rwanda violated the ceasefire with the Democratic Republic of the Congo brokered by US President Donald Trump, days after Thailand did the same with Cambodia. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said, "US will take action to ensure promises made to [Trump] are kept." US accused Rwanda of igniting the offensive, as violence spread between cities of Buvaku and Uvira.
