S Jaishankar travelled 670 km by road in limited visibility in US during govt shutdown

This happened as US government shutdown halted air travel across the country. Drivers were rotated during the trip, with US Diplomatic Security Service saying that the motorcade continued despite freezing temperatures and limited visibility.
