S Korea caps fuel price for 1st time in 30 yrs amid West Asia war

South Korean President Lee Jae Myung on Monday said authorities would cap ‌domestic fuel prices to shield its economy amid rising oil prices due to the West Asia war. This move marks the first time in nearly 30 years that the nation has implemented such a system. Notably, the maximum fuel price could be changed every two weeks.
