S Korea removes ban on DeepSeek after 2 months of suspension

DeepSeek became available again in South Korea on Monday after over two months of suspension over data protection violations. "We process your personal information in compliance with Personal Information Protection Act of Korea," DeepSeek said in a revised privacy policy note. The downloading of the app was suspended in February after the questions over personal data protection surfaced.
