S Korea to test QR code method for club, bar visitors to track COVID-19

South Korea will be testing a QR code system to log visitors at high-risk entertainment facilities, churches and restaurants to track COVID-19 cases. Visitors to nightclubs, bars, karaoke clubs and other such places will need to generate a one-time personalised QR code using commercially available apps, starting June 10. Government will test it at 17 facilities, including churches and libraries.
