S&P 500 sees worst dip on Fed decision day in 23yrs, Dow dips 2.6%

S&P 500 shed 3% to fall below the 6,000-mark in its worst Fed policy day since 2001. Dow Jones fell 1,100 points or 2.6%, marking worst day since August. This is the longest losing streak for the index since 1974. This comes after US Fed said it'll cut rates only twice in 2025 compared to four given in previous forecast.
