SA court drops rape case as 2-yr-old 'too young to testify'

A South African court has dropped a rape case of a two-year-old girl, claiming the victim was "too young to testify". The child was allegedly raped by a 38-year-old creche employee in the city of Cape Town. However, the case has been reopened after the victim's parents complained to the police.
