SaaS in its current form is dead: Freshworks Founder Girish on AI

Cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) company Freshworks' Founder Girish Mathrubootham said, "AI is both exciting and scary...Exciting because we're disrupting other industries...scary because we're disrupting our own industry." He added, "SaaS in its current form is dead...but we need to adopt, evolve, compete." He said companies stuck in old ways of building & selling software won't survive.
