World number one Aryna Sabalenka wore jewellery worth over £75,000 (₹97 lakh) on court at French Open 2026. The value was higher than the prize money given to players who exited in the first round, including Spain’s Jessica Bouzas Maneiro. This came days after Sabalenka backed calls for Grand Slams to share more revenue with players and improve payout distribution.
