CPI(M) has spoken against the ban on the entry of menstruating women in Sabarimala Temple, saying those having a "feudal" and "anti-women" mindset are endorsing the restriction. In a recent article published in the party mouthpiece 'Deshabhimani', the party said the restriction was an echo of the outdated class system which was keen to retain male dominance in the society.
