Sable Offshore (SOC) gains on California pipeline restart

Sable Offshore Corp (SOC) shares rose 3% pre-market after beginning oil sales from its Santa Ynez Pipeline System. Backed by the U.S. Defense Production Act to curb fuel prices, the system is currently transporting over 50,000 barrels per day to Chevron. Production is active at Platform Harmony, with Platform Heritage undergoing final inspections and Platform Hondo expected online by Q2.
