Sachin Bansal sells Ather stake to Hero MotoCorp, Nikhil Kamath for ₹406 cr: ET

Entrepreneur Sachin Bansal sold his remaining 7.5% stake in Ather Energy to Hero MotoCorp and Nikhil Kamath, ET reported. Bansal, who had invested around ₹400 crore in Ather over the years, sold 2.2% stake to Hero MotoCorp for ₹124 crore. The 5.3% stake sold to Kamath would be reportedly worth about ₹282 crore at an inferred valuation of ₹5,636 crore.
