Sachin Bansal's Navi converts into public firm ahead of IPO: Report

Financial services company Navi Technologies has converted itself into a public company as the company plans to launch an IPO soon, YourStory reported citing regulatory filings. As per reports, the company has started holding discussions with merchant bankers. Founded in 2018 by Flipkart's Sachin Bansal and Ankit Agarwal, Navi Technologies turned profitable in FY21 with a profit of ₹71 crore.
