Sacked Nissan chief Carlos Ghosn remains director of Renault

French automaker Renault on Tuesday said ousted Nissan Chairman Carlos Ghosn remains a director even though he has resigned as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. This comes after the company named Jean-Dominique Senard as its Chairman and Thierry Bolloré as CEO last month. Senard will represent Renault in its alliance with Japanese carmakers Nissan and Mitsubishi, Renault had said.
