Sacred relics of Buddha’s chief disciples return to India
The sacred relics of Arhant Sariputra and Arhant Maudgalyayana, Gautam Buddha's chief disciples, have returned to India from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, after a 10-day public exposition. Around one lakh devotees visited the Gandan Tegchenling Monastery display, organised by the National Museum of India and cultural partners, to pay homage to these revered figures.
