SAD (Amritsar) candidate Simranjit Singh wins Mann's Sangrur Lok Sabha seat

Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) candidate Simranjit Singh Mann on Sunday said he has won the Sangrur Lok Sabha bypoll. "This is a great win...We've defeated all national parties," he added. Simranjit reportedly beat his AAP rival Gurmail Singh by a margin of over 7,000 votes. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann had won the Sangrur seat in 2014 and 2019 parliamentary elections.
