Saddam had 'secret torture chamber' in New York City

Former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein kept a 'secret torture chamber' in New York City to imprison Iraqis in the US, Iraqi officials said. They added that the prisoners were subjected to torture like the removal of fingernails and beatings for as many as 15 days. However, evidence of the secret chamber was removed by the US government, they further said.
