The capsized yacht that belonged to former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein has been serving as a picnic and tea spot for fishermen. The 396 ft yacht, al-Mansur, was targeted by US-led forces after the invasion got underway in 2003. "When it was owned by the former president, no one could come close to it," a fisherman said.
