Saddened & shocked: 'Batgirl' directors as the movie gets shelved

A day after the news broke that 'Batgirl' will not be released either theatrically or on HBO Max, directors of the film, Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, said they are shocked and saddened by the news. "As directors, it's critical that our work be shown to audiences...we wish...fans...would have had the opportunity to see...the final film," they stated.
