Safran India to add 1,050 jobs, boost workforce by 30%

Safran India plans to expand its workforce by 30%, adding around 1,050 jobs by next year. CEO Jetendra Gavankar announced this at DEFCON 2026, noting the company is strengthening partnerships with Indian firms to co-develop defense technology and support India's self-reliance goals.
