Sagar Cements gets NCLT nod to buy Andhra Cements for ₹922 cr

Sagar Cements received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for the ₹922 crore acquisition of Andhra Cements. The Sagar Cements board on Thursday approved a plan to nearly double the annual capacity of Andhra Cements, with an investment of ₹468 crore. Sagar Cements will hold a 95% stake in Andhra Cements, according to the transaction.
