Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Thursday said the government's Sagarmala project that focusses on developing ports will create 10 million jobs and save $6 billion per annum in logistics costs. He added that 173 projects have been identified under the 'blue economy' and an investment of $60 billion is entailed by 2020 to modernise old ports and build new ones.
