Sahana System approves bonus shares, expands into semiconductors

Sahana System approved the allotment of 17.67 lakh bonus shares in a 1:5 ratio, incorporated a semiconductor subsidiary with a 60% stake, and shifted its registered office to Ahmedabad. The developments follow its recent ₹69.51 crore RailTel project win, strengthening the company's expansion into new technology segments.
