SAIL shares jump 2% as Jhunjhunwala buys additional stake

Shares of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) jumped after billionaire investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala bought additional stake in the firm during the April-June quarter. SAIL's share price rose by as much as 2.3% on Thursday to trade at ₹127.4 per share. Jhunjhunwala now holds 5,75,00,000 equity shares of SAIL or a 1.39% stake, according to data on the BSE website.
