Salah scores winning penalty to help Egypt reach AFCON quarter-finals

The game ended goalless after 120 minutes, with Manchester United’s Eric Bailly seeing his penalty saved by Egypt’s goalkeeper, before Salah scored the winner. Egypt will face Morocco next.
