Salary hike for Indians expected at 9.5% in 2025: Survey

The average salary increment for Indians in 2025 is expected at 9.5%, compared to an actual hike of 9.3% this year, an Aon survey showed. Engineering, manufacturing and retail industries are expected to offer hikes of over 10% in 2025, followed by financial institutions at 9.9%. Global capability centres and technology products and platforms expect hikes of 9.9% and 9.3%.
