Salasar Techno executes MoU with Elegant Forge & Equipments

Salasar Techno Engineering Ltd, established in 2006, has signed a non-binding MoU to acquire Elegant Forge & Equipments Pvt Ltd. The acquisition is subject to due diligence within 45 days. Elegant Forge & Equipments specializes in manufacturing industrial forging equipment and components for sectors like engineering, railways, defence, oil and gas and aerospace.
