Sale of Pak-made Rooh Afza permanently banned on Amazon India by Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court has permanently restrained the sale of identical products under the 'Rooh Afza' trademark on Amazon India. This came after the Indian sherbet's maker Hamdard National Foundation filed a case against the e-commerce website and some sellers who were offering products of its Pakistani counterpart. The court earlier told Amazon India to remove Pakistan-made Rooh Afza's listings.
