Salesforce will lay off employees from its 'Own' company

US-based software company Salesforce will reportedly reduce headcount at its newly acquired company called 'Own'. The Salesforce layoffs were announced during a presentation and the company said that it would affect the roles which are not required. The company added that it would 'take a more prudent approach to future purchases'.
