Salman Khan invests in Indian short-form video app Chingari

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has invested in Indian short-form video app Chingari in a ₹95 crore ($13 million) pre-Series A round led by Bengaluru-based OnMobile. Shares worth ₹13.5 crore have been allotted to Khan, who has also come on-board as Chingari's brand ambassador. Other investors who participated in the round include Republic Labs US, White Star Capital and India TV.
