Salvo launch of anti-ship short-range missile conducted from Indian Navy's helicopter

The DRDO and the Indian Navy successfully launched Naval Anti-ship Missile-Short Range (NASM-SR) from the Indian Navy's helicopter off the Bay of Bengal coast in Odisha. A salvo launch, under which missiles are fired in quick succession, was conducted. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh complimented DRDO, the Indian Navy and the Indian Air Force for this feat.
