England all-rounder Sam Curran has been ruled out for the remainder of the home season due to groin injury. He is set to undergo operation on Friday and will miss Surrey's remaining fixtures and England's white-ball series against Sri Lanka in September. Curran, who was expected to join England's squad for Pakistan Test series, last played a Test in 2021.
