SAM Partner Tejas Karia appointed Delhi High Court judge

Advocate Tejas Dhirenbhai Karia has been appointed as the judge of Delhi High Court. Karia is a partner with Dispute Resolution Practice at the law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) and also heads the firm’s Arbitration Practice. He was recommended for elevation by High Court Collegium on October 25, 2023 and by Supreme Court Collegium on August 29 last year.
