British singer Sam Smith wore a latex, balloon-like outfit to the BRIT Awards on Saturday night, pictures of which have gone viral on social media. The outfit featured a high neck and sleeves and legs which appeared to be inflated. The singer shared pictures and tweeted, "Outfit by HARRI and custom Maison Valentino by Pierpaolo Piccioli."
