Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan convicted in 2019 hate speech case

Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan on Thursday was convicted by a Rampur court in a 2019 hate speech case. The quantum of the sentence will be pronounced today. The case against Khan was filed over his comments against UP CM Yogi Adityanath. Khan was released from jail earlier after the Supreme Court granted him interim bail in another case.
