Same people who litter here, use dustbins abroad: Bombay HC

The Bombay High Court on Friday expressed disapproval over people littering in the country but using dustbins when abroad. The court called for strict action against offenders and said that cleanliness is a fundamental duty of citizens. The court questioned if "we are living in a civilised society" over large amounts of plastic waste lying in public places.
