Same student ranked 1st & 11th in JEE Advanced, shows newspaper ad; people react

A newspaper advertisement showing the same student named Matcha Balaaditya securing first and 11th rank in JEE Advanced is being widely shared online. "How did he manage to get both...ranks?" asked one user, while another said, "This is really crazy. Someone needs to fix [newspaper's] review process." IIT Bhubaneswar's Balaaditya secured all-India rank of 11 and topped in OBC-NCL category.
