Actress Sameera Reddy took to social media to share pictures from the time she was going through postpartum stress. "The pics I shared in this post [show] me at my lowest. I couldn't feel happy however hard I tried after the birth of my first child," she wrote. "You are not alone," Sameera further wrote in her post.
