SAMHI Hotels Ltd approved a 70% stake acquisition in RARE India for ₹47 crore. This strategic investment enters the experiential leisure segment, adding 67 hotels and 990 rooms. Partnering with Marriott International, the platform will utilise global distribution networks. SAMHI’s existing portfolio includes 31 hotels, while the stock maintains a ₹3,424 crore market capitalisation.
