Samir Kumar named Amazon India's head as Manish Tiwary exits

Amazon India on Wednesday named Samir Kumar as its new Country Manager. This comes after its current head Manish Tiwary resigned in August after spending more than eight years at the e-commerce major. Samir Kumar has been working at Amazon since 1999. He will continue to lead Amazon's consumer businesses in the Middle East, South Africa and Turkey.
