Samrat, who is set to become Bihar CM, once vowed to wear turban until Nitish's ouster

BJP's Samrat Choudhary, who is set to become Bihar CM as Nitish Kumar resigned, once vowed to wear saffron turban until Nitish was dethroned. He took the vow after Nitish re-abandoned the BJP-led NDA government in 2022, a move that led to collapse of the state government. At the time, Choudhary had just been elevated as BJP's Bihar unit president.
