India opener Sanju Samson has broken record for smashing most sixes in first overs in a T20 World cup edition. Samson has slammed four sixes in first overs in T20 World Cup 2026. Prior to him, four batters (Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Phil Salt, Muhammad Rizwan and Quinton de Kock) had hit three sixes in first overs in a T20 World Cup.
