Samsung's 'Bespoke AI 4-Door' refrigerators stopped working after a software update in South Korea. The refrigerators updated via the smart home platform 'SmartThings' had their internal lighting turn off and cooling systems fail. There were also cases where the refrigerator was displayed as offline in the SmartThings app.
