Sanghi Industries promoter to sell 90.92 lakh shares via OFS

Sanghi Industries fell up to 6% as promoters Ambuja Cements and Ravi Sanghi announced the sale of 90.92 lakh equity shares, equivalent to a 3.52% stake, via an offer for sale on June 26-27. The floor price for the OFS is set at ₹90 per share. Sanghi is an India-based firm that manufactures and markets cement and cement products.
