Sania Mirza won the WTA Family Circle Cup with partner Martina Hingis on Sunday, becoming the first Indian female tennis player to hold the world number one spot in doubles. The winning pair defeated Casey Dellacqua and Darija Jurak 6-0 6-4 in 57 minutes to win the $731,000 event. This was Sania's 3rd consecutive title win with the Swiss player.
