Sanju Samson becomes fastest Indian to score 5,000 IPL runs
CSK wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson on Sunday became the fastest Indian batter to score 5,000 IPL runs in terms of balls faced. He reached the milestone in 3,555 balls, surpassing Suresh Raina (3,620), KL Rahul (3,688) and MS Dhoni (3,691). Samson is the third-fastest overall to the milestone, behind AB de Villiers (3,288) and David Warner (3,554).
