Sanju Samson declared fit to captain Rajasthan Royals

Sanju Samson was cleared by BCCI's Centre of Excellence in Bengal, to keep wickets and play as skipper of the Rajasthan Royals from their next game onwards in IPL 2025. The announcement was made by the franchise on April 2, three days ahead of their fixture against Punjab Kings in Mullanpur, Chandigarh.
