New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner revealed his team's squad for the Champions Trophy 2025 through a video shared by New Zealand Cricket. In the video, he took names of the 15 players and described them. While describing Kane Williamson, Santner jokingly said, "A new upcoming player, been around a little bit." The squad also features Lockie Ferguson and Matt Henry.
