Sapphire Foods sets record date for 5:1 stock split; jumps 4.4%

Sapphire Foods India Limited, the franchise owner of KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell, announced a 5:1 stock split with a record date of September 5, 2024. Following the announcement, the stock rose 4.4% to ₹1,628.25. In Q1 FY25, the company’s revenue increased 13.7%, and net profit surged 301.5% quarterly.
