Sarfaraz suffers concussion after celebratory throw hits his head

Quetta Gladiators wicketkeeper Sarfaraz Ahmed walked off the field after suffering a concussion when a celebratory throw by Mohammad Wasim Jr hit his head in the 2024 PSL clash against Multan Sultans. The incident occurred during the Multan innings' last over when Reeza Hendricks holed out to Wasim at deep mid-wicket. Sarfaraz was taken to the hospital for CT scans.
